Shipping times 

We normally ship out within 48-72 hours after the orders have been placed. We only ship Monday - Friday. In some circumstances shipment dates can be extended due to holidays and high peak seasons. 


We offer a 100% Warranty within 60 days after the item/items have been received. The warranty covers the product for Material and Manufactures defects. If it breaks you get a new one!! We do not warranty parts for misuse, bad installation, grinding, cutting, welding, super gluing, my pit-bull thought it was bubble gum….you get the idea!! 

Shipping Policy for warranties

We will respond to your request within 48 hours by issuing an RMA # by email, and attach prepaid a shipping label (USPS small flat rate) to return the product for inspection. When we receive the product, we will inspect it within 48 hours to determine if it warrants a replacement or simply reworked. We will cover the shipping charge for any reworked or replaced product. Please email [email protected] or use our contact us page with your ship to, bill to info, as well as the SKU# and lot number located on the logo side of the product. Please give a brief description of the issue and, if possible, attach a photo. 

Money-Back Guarantee  

You have 15 days from the day you receive the product to obtain an RMA. The product Must be returned in the same condition you received it in. Their is a 20% restocking fee .We do not refund the actual shipping costs even if you received free shipping on all order over $50.

Return Policy 

You need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for ALL RETURNS. Please email or call us 844-208-0808 #3 for customer service. The buyer does pay to return the goods ( this refund is not returned unless the item is found to be defective, cost of returned shipping is based on USPS flat rate options).

All canceled orders will be charged a 10% administration fee/ restocking fee-

Shipping Policy 

We prefer to use U.S.P.S flat rate boxes and UPS. All items are shipped with ground shipping. If you wish to cover the full order with insurance you must ensure you click priority mailing which will cover 100% of the cost of items if lost in transit. We will not ship outside of the USA. If you are sending items to Hawaii or Alaska please contact us before ordering.
